Why Crochet Pillow patterns?
Recently I have been on a drive to tidy up or sort out my spaces at home and make them more comfortable. While I don’t generally make a lot of home decor type projects, pillows (cushions) are definitely something I enjoy making and using. They also make great beginner projects, gifts, soft touches around any home or space. Looking for inspiration for something for myself, I found a bunch of great crochet pillow patterns and pulled them together in this roundup to share.
Before we go further – why are cushions called pillows outside of Europe? I don’t understand this. A Pillow is rectangular and goes on a bed. Cushions have many shapes and sizes and can be used in many places. Yes, both are used in similar ways and have the same basic parts. This bugs me. I can’t really explain why either but it does.
